WDM 9000 Duplex
Wireless data modem 32K/64K Baud with Ethernet interface
In challenging fields of application, e.g. land, water and air transportation, water and energy supply as well as for the monitoring of pipelines, wind farms and tunnels, the data modem WDM 9000 Duplex guarantees an efficient communication. In contrast to the simplex version of the data modem, it enables sending and receiving data simultaneously with QAM-modulation based high data transmission rate. Both WDM 9000 data modems can be easily placed into operation via Plug&Play configuration. They are also suitable for data communication over long distances. The modem transfers wireless data over several kilometers using a point-to-point or point-to-multipoint connection.
Depending on your needs, you can use 2 types of modulations: 4QAM, 16QAM – using a channel spacing of 25 kHz with maximum transmission rates of 32 kB/s, 64 kB/s and 96 kB/s respectively.
With the USB interface and the corresponding software, you can easily adjust important parameters like the Ethernet settings, the RF power and the type of modulation.
