LT100
IP Coastal Call Station
The IP Coastal Call Station LT100 is an interface to stationary radio systems that enables communicating over the maritime radio (VHF). The compact call station has a gooseneck microphone, a full-range speaker with a balanced frequency range, a handset with PTT function, a PTT button and a manual volume control as well as a connection for an external headset and a footswitch. Three indicator LEDs indicate the states, transmit, receive and power. The XLR-connected microphone can be removed or replaced. The microphones used are highly directional, thus eliminating feedback. For a medium speaking distance (e.g. for public address systems) this ensures a high intelligibility even in noisy environments.
Speech is transmitted to the radio system via the microphone or the optional handset. The internal off hook-contact indicates, whether the microphone or the handset is used.
The speaker in the casing provides an excellent audio quality because of its balanced frequency range and its good highs.
The IP Coastal Call Station has RJ12 sockets to connect the footswitch LE220 and a (wireless) headset with the station. There is an additional LAN-interface (RJ45 socket). The power supply with a voltage of 48 V DC is ensured over an external power supply or over 48 V PoE.
